Due to the type of products the we carry means that we do not offer refunds or returns. Our products are customized and personalized just for you. We do understand that there may be extenuation circumstances though, and we are willing to work with you.

Due to the type of products the we carry means that we do not offer exchanges. Our products are customized and personalized just for you. We do understand that there may be extenuating circumstances though, and we are willing to work with you.

Shipping returns

If we approved the return of your product, then to return your product, you should mail your product to: 508 Everett Dr, Waukesha, WI 53188

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

These are our standard fonts, we update them occasionaly. Find a font that you like, then be sure to specify that font when ordering your items. As an alternate option, you can browse for a font that you like on Google Fonts. Just let us know that name of the Google Font that you like and we will use it on your order.

We try responding to everyone quickly as possible but sometimes we do get a little behind or we may be spending time with our family.
